Thishaa Homam
This Homam sanctifies all directions and protects the temple premises from evil influences.
Rakshognam
This ritual is performed to cleanse the temple site of any harm that my have occured during construction even unintentional harm to humans or small living beings.

Murthy Homam
This Homam removes difficulties given to the idol during making, installation processes and transforms the idol into a living embodiment (Sanithyam).
Santhi Homam
This is performed to purify and sanctify the temple land, sanctum (karpagraham), kitchen, and mandapam, ensuring peace, purity, and prosperity remains in the temple & in the homes of all devotees who visit the temple

Agni sangrahanam
The temple consecration rituals begin with Agni Prathishta(kindling of the sacred fire). Fire may be obtained from the sun using a magnifying glass, from an existing fire of worship, or by friction of Aranikatta (holy wooden sticks) at least once. It may also be kindled in the house of the temple priest or through creating a special pavilion, called a mandapam, sacred fire ceremony (homam) and puja. This act purifies both the space and the devotees through the sacred fire.
