Carnatic music by Sabthavi Baskaran accompanied by Ravi Kiran on 31st January,2026

Sabthavi Baskaran has undergone extensive training in Carnatic music, beginning her musical journey under the guidance of Smt. Vidya and is currently learning from Smt. Syamala Venkateshwaran, a recipient of the prestigious Sangeetha Kala Acharya award from the Music Academy. As founder of Sabthavidyalam in Ottawa, she is dedicated to nurturing and teaching Indian classical music with a strong foundation, currently mentoring 35 students. In addition to her musical pursuits, she engages in Bharatanatyam.

Mr Ravikiran is playing Mridhangam since the age of six, he is an accomplished Indian classical percussionist. His specialty is accompanying revered senior artists for Namasankeerthanam .

Sayohn Ahilan is well known violinist in Ottawa who currently studies under Dr Anjana Srinivasan and Shri Madurai Vijayaganesh, Sayohn had the privilege of accompanying leading artists such as Thiruvarur Girish and Narthaki Nataraj.

Together, these artists offer a sacred musical presentation, uniting experience, tradition, and devotion in a collective act of gratitude to the Divine.
