The Siva Vishnu Temple of Ottawa is proud to present, for the first time in Ottawa, a Grand Deepa Chandi Pooja!
Join us as families come together to perform the Pooja, guided by our temple’s chief priest. This event is a gesture of gratitude for a fulfilling 2024 and a prayer for a blessed 2025 filled with knowledge, health, wealth, peace, and joy.

This inaugural Deepa Chandi Pooja and Lalitha Sahasranamam chanting will be a significant spiritual gathering, offering families a unique opportunity to participate in powerful rituals. The event aims to foster deep devotion and community connection, featuring traditional prayers, cultural performances like Natya Anjali (Bharatanatyam), and Raga Samarpanam (Carnatic music). A communal dinner will be served, enhancing the sense of community.

5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Durga, Lakshmi, Saraswathi Pooja & Natya Anjali (Bharatanatyam)

6:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Mangala Harathi & Raga Samarpanam (Carnatic music)
